Digital Edition - Frequently Asked Questions
eMagazines digital editions can be viewed on any device (including smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, and more). There's no need to download an application on your phone to see digital editions. You need to be connected to the Internet to view your digital edition.
to access your magazine issues. You will be able to use any internet connected device to access your digital library which includes all issues that have been sent to you thus far.
To cancel your subscription, please Email Customer Service. Please include your name, address, and account number if you have it.
Changing your email address for your digital subscription is a two step process:
- Update your email address here to update your account: Add/Change My Email Address. This will ensure that all future issues of your subscription are sent to the correct email address.
- Please click here to notify eMagazines of your new email address or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide both the original email address and the new one.
Digital magazine customers will receive an email when each new issue is published that contains a link to the latest issue. No apps to download!
If you've reached the access limit for your digital magazine issue, please visit your digital library
by clicking on the library link in your issue notification email or click
to login to your library. From there, you will be able to reset the access to any locked issues from your library.
Each email from eMagazines will include an "unsubscribe" link. You can use this to remove your email from the notification list without affecting your access to your
digital issues. Even if you elect to stop receiving the issue notification emails, your digital library will continue to be updated with new issues for the length of your subscription.
Yes. Subscribers can view their digital magazines on any device via a web browser. That means any desktop, laptop or smartphone can access magazines quickly and easily!
eMagazines is a digital distribution and magazine reading platform. eMagazines works with Boating to deliver the digital version of the magazine to those subscribers that have requested digital delivery.
You can think of them as a post office that delivers a digital product each time a new issue is published.
If you experience this, please ensure that cookies are enabled on your device, and try clearing your device's cached browser history. This should clear out any cached information that was blocking your issue from opening.
If this still does not resolve the problem, please visit eMagazines' support page and submit a ticket so they can look into it.
If you haven't received your issue notification emails, check your junk or promotions folders. It's possible that the emails are going to your spam folder or your Internet Service Provider is blocking the emails before they get to your email account. Please be sure to whitelist email@example.com.

If you are having trouble viewing back issues or receiving your digital issue you can send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can only view digital issues on up to five
devices. Once you've reached this limit, the issue will be locked
until you reset it from within your account. You can reset locked issues by accessing your digital library
and clicking on the cover image for the locked issue.
